If there’s anyone who understands physical training, it’s the British Olympic medalist and diver Tom Daley. Tom Daley blogs and shares incredibly generously about his life as an elite athlete and serves as a role model for juniors and even seniors around the world. He has two Olympic medals and numerous World Championship medals. To date, he has won a total of 46 championship golds, both nationally and internationally. He is now 26 years old and is training for his fourth Olympics.

On his YouTube channel, he regularly posts everything from diaries and training videos to cooking tips and insights into his life as an elite athlete and parent of a young child. On his channel, we found this challenge.

Now, you might be wondering what diving has to do with archery. Perhaps not much in terms of technique, but both sports share the requirement for good physical condition and strong core, back, and leg muscles, which help you become a better archer. Tom has joined the viral training challenge “Bring Sally Up Challenge,” where you train with push-ups, sit-ups, and squats—three exercises that are excellent for archers. So join in too! Train with Tom and challenge yourself to endure more and more of the challenge. It’s really tough but incredibly rewarding.

Below, we share all three different challenges.
